This is a recording of the Physical Accessibility in Healthcare Settings training offered by the USU Institute for Disability Research, Policy & Practice, presented by Emily Shuman, Director of the Rocky Mountain ADA center. She explains how the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) applies to public health facilities, including what physical access looks like in practice, common barriers that people with disabilities face and practical strategies for removing them, and how to prioritize accessibility remediation.
